The apartment is composed of a small entrance hall and two rooms, one bathroom with shower and a balcony. One room offers the kitchenette, which is fully equipped for six people and with four cooking stoves, table, etc. and a single or double bed sofa. The other room offers another double bed sofa, and beautiful antique pieces of furniture. It is perfect for 2 - 3 people but we do prefer give it for two people or couples with one child (don't forget there is only one bathroom!). We decided for a double bed sofa also for the bed room when we saw the easiness of the opening mechanism of the claret red sofa. In this way during the day you may enjoy a larger space and use the room as a true living room. The mattress is 17 cm thick and rests on a normal net. Also the other sofa is easily convertible in a single bed with a normal mattress or in a comfortable double bed. You can leave linen on mattresses during the day on both. Three large windows and a nice balcony open onto a picturesque canal. The apartment is safety located on the first floor far from venetian humidity and high tide. Tell us if you have children: we will lend you our child's toys. There is a washing machine, TV, VHS, devices for different voltage (110V to Italian standard), normally you'll find all the common stuffs of a normal home. Our aim is make you to feel like at home. Linen and towels are included and changed every Saturday. Weekly and final cleaning costs are included. Sorry no pets. The house has recently been completely restored in 2002-2003. The heating and electrics have been overhauled and now comply with all safety regulations.		Guests information area:
