In brackets you will also find prices in US dollars and Pounds; they are indicative as the conversions could vary due to fluctuation of exchanging rates as we update them periodically. Prices are per day up to four in party (the apartment is suitable for 1 to 5 people). Minimum stay: three days.

Shorter stays are possible but the minimum payable amount is computed on three days

A fifth guest is charged + 15 €/day.

Cleanings, gas, water, electricity are included.
When the chosen period straddles two different seasons, daily rates are computed for the season of reference using rates relating to the total number of days.
Example: stay from 23 of April 2012 to 30 of April 2012: seven days, five in party.
Yellow Season rate for seven days: 75.00 x 5 = 375.00 Euro
Blue Season rate for seven days: 80.00 x 2 = 160.00 Euro
Fifth person rate: 15.00 x 7 = 105.00 Euro;
Total rental amount: 375.00 + 160.00 + 105.00 = 640.00 Euro
