Rates for Trullo di Maria

The following table shows the availability calendar and you may see the rates by colours: white indicates the low season, yellow indicates the middle season, blue the high season.
The prices given here are in EURO but we are pleased to accept all major currencies. Please use the currency converter at the bottom of the page to get indicative conversions in your primary currency.
Trullo di Maria is perfect for 2-4 people but can be suitable even for 6 people (mind there is only one bathroom).
Prices are per day up to four in party. Minimum stay: three days (check-in/check-out days are flexible).
The booking will be secured with a contract and the payment of a deposit amount (50%; if booking within six weeks, the total rental amount is due).

!	Minimum stay: three days- Shorter stays are possible but the minimum payable amount is computed on three days
	Rates are up to four guests. Any additional guest is charged + 15 €/day. +5% for payments via bank transfer or cheques (the credit card on-line payment is without any added fee). Flexible change over day. When the chosen period straddles two different seasons, daily rates are computed for the season of reference using rates relating to the total number of days. Example: stay from 16 of April 2012 to 23 of April 2012: seven days, five in party. Yellow Season rate for seven days: 70.00 x 5 = 350.00 Euro Blue Season rate for seven days: 75.00 x 2 = 150.00 Euro Fifth person rate: 15.00 x 7 = 105.00 Euro; Total rental amount: 350.00 + 150.00 + 105.00 = 605.00 Euro Always included: - hot water, electricity, gas, use of fire places and barbeque, - use of fully equipped kitchen, refrigerators, traditional and microwave ovens, - mobile phone, internet connection through a USB stick - (the guests have to top up just what they consume), - use of the washing machine, - linen and towels are changed once a week, - weekly cleanings and final cleanings, - children sleeping in guest's cot or guest's baby-bed are free, - welcome pack: coffee, biscuits, jam, milk, pasta, olive oil, and other basic ingredients (salt, sugar, etc.). Free use of the swimming pool (11x 5 ml) at Trullo della Luna (about 8 Km from Trullo di Maria) if the booking is coordinated. Keys are handed over at the trullo on arrival. Extra services can be required to Maria (for cleaning linen and towels more frequently or for cleaning your dresses, for shopping services, etc.)
