The following table shows the availability calendar and you may see the rates by colours: white indicates the low season, yellow indicates the middle season, blue the high season.
The prices given here are in EURO but we are pleased to accept all major currencies. In brackets you will also find prices in British Pounds; the conversions could vary with exchanging rate as numbers aren't updated automatically.
The trullo is not so wide as an urban flat, it is perfect for 2-4 people but can be suitable even for 6 people. Prices are per week, minimum stay: one week (Sat-to-Sat periods recommended but we are a bit flexible).
The booking will be secured with a contract and the payment of a deposit amount (50%; if booking within six weeks, the total rental amount is due).
As promotional and experimental benefit, we offer also our car in loan for use: it is a free optional but we can't discount the rental price if you don't desire it. We leave the car parked in Brindisi, near the airport and you will receive detailed instructions about how to find it. The offer is limited up to 3 people in party.

Suggestions if you live in England ______

__ pallino Optional extra costs:
- weekly rate for the use of the exclusive swimming pool (11x 5 ml): 170.00 € (GBP 151.00) -normally not in use in low season periods; on demand (*);
- +5% for payments via bank transfer or cheques (the credit card on-line payment is without any added fee);
- extra services can be required to the housekeeper (for cleaning linen and towels more frequently or for cleaning your dresses, for shopping services, etc.)
__ pallino Facilities always included:
- keys are handed over at the Brindisi airport, at the railway station or directly at the trullo, keys may be also delivered by post in advance, any type of assistance;
- welcome meeting - for parties arriving autonomously with the keys in the evening this visit is normally planned for the morning of the next day-;
- hot water, electricity, heating, gas, stove; air conditioning, barbeque;
- use of fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, mobile phone (charged by the guests), internet connection (USB stick -charged by the guests), printer (USB)
- use of the washing machine;
- linen and towels are changed once a week;
- weekly cleanings and final cleanings
__ pallino Car in loan for use:
The car facility is free (just add the gasoline!). This offer is not valid for parties of four, five or six people. No discounts are applied if the car is not desired.
__ pallino Minimum stay:
a week, better if a Sat-to-Sat period (**)

(*) We decided to offer the swimming pool as an optional feature. During the 'fresh season' normally we would not keep it operative or simply someone would not require it. So we decided to charge a fee separately.
(**) Stays shorter than a week can’t be prorated on a per day basis. The minimum payable rental amount is the corresponding "Low season weekly price". The free car offer is not applyed for stays shorter than a week. Any discount is not applied on optional extra costs
